Yoga or the practice of Yoga strengthens the body and flexibility. It enhances the performance of the circulatory, respiratory, digestion and hormonal systems.

The exercise of Yoga exercises is designed to overcome your body’s limitations and instill optimism into you. The word “Yoga”‘ from the Sanskrit word “Yuj”‘ means to connect or yoke and is usually translated as “Union.” In our program, we harmonized Yoga along with the Sea. (which is among the best ways to purify)

We’re happy to help you take your yoga routine out of the studio to aid you in having an unforgettable yoga and vacation experience along the stunning Aegean and Mediterranean Coast of Turkey.

In the 7 nights and 8 days that you spend in the Blue Cruise, you will not only enjoy a wonderful getaway but also re-energize your body, soul, and mind in harmony and become a part of nature, right within the midst of the wilderness. It is an amazing opportunity to unwind and change.

The programs we offer vary based on departure time and the season. Although Blue Cruise along the Mediterranean is an amazing experience on its own, it transforms into an inner experience with Yoga as an additional element.

Accommodation & Living On Board and More…
The Gulet yacht provides the comfort of standard hotel rooms, and each cabin comes with private bathrooms. It is possible to share an apartment with a friend or pay for a single one, and sleeping on the deck beneath the stars is priceless! The “yoga onboard yachts” are comfortable floating 5-star hotels with a professional crew captain-chef-skipper-yoga teacher ready to show you the quietest and most exciting stretches of this coastline.

We’ll manage all meals and yoga classes and provide you with the time to relax and enjoy the cruise. We’re here to help ensure that your cruise experience is unforgettable!

Yoga classes are offered every day, twice beginning in the morning before breakfast and at night before dinner. In the afternoon, we’ll cruise along the coast, stopping at bays to enjoy a swim or go on land. There is plenty of time throughout the day to take a break and layout in the sun or read a book, practice yoga or meet new people.

Food
Three meals every day. There will be delicious food, regional specialties numerous mezes, each one of which is nutritionally balanced and healthy. Turkey is an ideal destination for vegetarians. Our chef on board uses only fresh produce, fruits and vegetables that he cooks using the traditional Turkish method.
